Food intolerances are the new fad

Food intolerances are the new fad: “MORE than five million Australians are suffering from ‘imaginary’ food allergies and people who diagnose themselves are at risk of developing eating disorders.”

I’ve had this little theory of mine for a while about food allergies, and although this bit of news doesn’t prove my theory, it certainly makes me think that I’m not totally off track.
